開始投骰

  1. 開啟遊戲頁，選擇 D4、D6、D8、D10、D12、D20 或 D100。
  2. 依畫面選擇骰子數量與可使用的材質，按 ROLL／投骰。
  3. 等待骰子停止，再查看結果；需要時再次投擲。D100 使用百分位雙骰呈現。
  4. 使用遊戲內的語言與音效控制，切換繁中／英文或靜音。
畫面空白、骰子沒有出現，怎麼辦？

先確認網路可用，重新整理並使用較新的 Safari、Chrome、Edge 或 Firefox。此版本需要 WebGL，也會從 cdnjs 載入 3D 程式庫。若內容攔截器或網路封鎖外部資源，可能無法載入；可先用其他網路或瀏覽器測試。

沒有聲音，或手機出現卡頓？

先點擊頁面或實際投骰，確認遊戲未靜音、裝置媒體音量及輸出裝置正確。卡頓時減少同時投擲的骰子、關閉其他高耗能分頁並讓裝置降溫。不同裝置的 3D 效能會有差異。

玩家名稱或設定不見了？

設定儲存在目前瀏覽器與網站的本機資料中。換裝置、換瀏覽器、私人瀏覽或清除網站資料，可能無法保留原設定；目前沒有跨裝置雲端同步。請勿為了排除一般問題，未備妥資料就直接清除儲存。

Pro 材質有鎖頭，或無法購買？

可預覽的外觀不代表已取得付費使用資格。正式付款尚未開放或權限未確認時，請使用免費內容；不要因看到預覽就認為已購買。若遇到疑似交易問題，請聯絡支援，並遮蔽付款資料；不要寄送完整卡號。

可以離線玩嗎？

目前網頁投骰版本會載入外部程式庫，不保證斷網後可以重新開啟或完整載入。未來 iOS App 的離線能力會依實際發布版本另行說明。

回報問題

請在信件中附上：問題發生的網址、裝置型號、作業系統、瀏覽器版本、重現步驟、預期與實際結果，以及經遮蔽私人資訊的截圖。請勿提供密碼、驗證碼或完整付款資訊。

Start rolling

  1. Open the game and choose D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20 or D100.
  2. Select the available dice count and finish, then press ROLL.
  3. Wait for the dice to settle and read the result. D100 is represented by percentile dice.
  4. Use the in-game language and sound controls to choose English or Traditional Chinese and mute audio.
The screen is blank or the dice do not appear.

Check your connection, refresh and use a recent Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox browser. This version requires WebGL and loads 3D libraries from cdnjs. Content blockers or network restrictions may prevent loading. Try another network or browser to help isolate the problem.

There is no audio, or the game runs slowly.

Interact with the page or roll once, check the in-game mute control and check your device’s media volume and audio output. For performance issues, roll fewer dice, close demanding tabs and let the device cool down. 3D performance varies by device.

My player names or settings disappeared.

Settings are local to the current browser and website. Another device, another browser, private browsing or clearing site data may remove access to your settings. There is currently no cross-device cloud sync. Avoid clearing storage as a first troubleshooting step without preserving what you need.

A Pro finish is locked or buying is unavailable.

A visual preview does not establish ownership of paid features. Use the free content when live payments are unavailable or access has not been verified. Contact support about suspected transaction problems and redact sensitive payment details. Never send a full card number.

Can I play offline?

The current web dice version loads external libraries, so reopening or fully loading the game without a connection is not guaranteed. Offline capabilities of a future iOS app will be described for the released version.

Report an issue

Include the affected URL, device model, operating system, browser version, steps to reproduce, expected and actual behavior, and screenshots with private information redacted. Do not include passwords, verification codes or full payment details.

Supported version

This page supports the Arcane 3D Dice web version. iOS app and native-purchase support will be updated when the corresponding version is offered. Website and future app purchases do not automatically transfer between platforms.
