適用範圍與聯絡方式
本政策說明 BYLAZYTW 提供的 Arcane 3D Dice 網頁遊戲，以及本網站的隱私權處理方式。網站網址為 https://play.bylazytw.com/。隱私問題請聯絡 bylazycatstudio@gmail.com。
本政策適用目前的網頁版本。未來 iOS App 如加入 Apple 內購、RevenueCat 或其他服務，將依實際發布版本更新說明；目前內容不代表尚未發布 App 的完整資料處理聲明。
遊戲操作與裝置儲存
免費網頁遊戲不要求建立會員帳號。投骰的畫面與計算在你的瀏覽器內執行。目前遊戲會使用瀏覽器的 localStorage 保存本機玩家設定，例如玩家名稱、選用骰型與材質；介紹頁也會記住你手動選擇的語言。
這些設定由目前遊戲程式保存在你的裝置，不作為付費購買證明，也不提供跨裝置雲端同步。請勿在玩家名稱填入敏感個人資料。私人瀏覽或限制儲存時，設定可能無法保留。
網站連線與第三方資源
本網站由 Cloudflare Pages 提供網頁服務。連線時，Cloudflare 等網路服務供應者可能為傳送內容、維持安全及處理錯誤而處理 IP 位址、請求網址、時間及瀏覽器等技術資訊。
目前投骰頁會從 cdnjs 載入 Three.js 與 Cannon.js 程式庫。瀏覽器取得這些資源時會向外部服務發出請求。相關供應者的處理方式請見 Cloudflare 隱私權政策。本機儲存與這些網路請求是不同的資料處理。
你主動聯絡我們時
當你透過 Email 尋求支援，我們會收到你的寄件地址、訊息內容，以及你選擇附上的截圖或裝置資訊。我們使用這些資訊回覆問題、排查故障及維持支援紀錄；郵件服務供應者也會處理郵件。
請勿提供密碼、完整信用卡資料、驗證碼或與問題無關的個人資料。截圖如含私人資訊，請先遮蔽。
使用、分享與保存
本機設定用於保留你的遊戲與語言偏好；網路技術資訊用於內容傳送及服務安全；你寄來的資料用於處理支援問題。我們不販售玩家的個人資料。
除提供服務所需的供應者、依法必須回應的要求，或經你同意的情況外，不會將你主動提供的支援內容另作對外分享。支援訊息僅在處理問題與保留必要紀錄所需的期間保存；你可聯絡我們詢問或提出刪除要求。供應者依其服務條款與政策處理其持有的資料。
刪除設定與隱私要求
你可以透過瀏覽器的網站資料設定，清除 play.bylazytw.com 的資料，以移除本機玩家與語言設定。清除後可能無法復原，且不會自動刪除已寄出的客服信件。
對你曾提供給我們的資料，如需查詢、更正或提出刪除要求，請寄信至 bylazycatstudio@gmail.com。為保護資料，我們可能需要合理確認請求者身分；如需依法保存部分紀錄，將依情況說明。
付款、其他網站與政策更新
本政策不表示網站目前已提供正式 Pro 交易。若未來啟用會員、Stripe、Apple 內購、RevenueCat、廣告或分析服務，會依實際資料流更新本政策與相關說明。前往外部網站時，該網站另有其隱私權政策。
本頁更新時會調整上方日期；中文與英文均描述同一服務。若你對內容或處理方式有疑問，請透過本頁聯絡方式告知我們。

Scope and contact
This policy describes privacy practices for the Arcane 3D Dice web game and website provided under the BYLAZYTW brand at https://play.bylazytw.com/. Contact bylazycatstudio@gmail.com with privacy questions.
It covers the current web version. If a future iOS app adds Apple in-app purchases, RevenueCat or other services, this policy will be updated for the released implementation. This page is not a complete data declaration for an unreleased app.
Gameplay and device storage
The free web game does not require an account. Dice rendering and calculations run in your browser. The current game uses localStorage to save local player settings, such as names, dice types and finishes. The introduction pages also remember your manually selected language.
These settings are stored on your device by the current game code, are not proof of a purchase and are not synchronized through a cloud account. Avoid sensitive personal information in player names. Private browsing or restricted storage may prevent settings from being retained.
Connections and third-party resources
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Network providers such as Cloudflare may process technical information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and browser information, to deliver content, protect services and handle errors.
The current dice page loads the Three.js and Cannon.js libraries from cdnjs. Your browser sends requests to that external service to retrieve the libraries. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for the provider’s practices. These network requests are separate from local device storage.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your sender address, message and any screenshots or device information you choose to attach. We use them to respond, investigate problems and maintain support records. Email providers also process messages.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, verification codes or unrelated personal information. Redact private information from screenshots before sending them.
Use, sharing and retention
Local settings preserve gameplay and language preferences. Technical connection information supports content delivery and service security. Information you send us supports your request. We do not sell players’ personal information.
We do not otherwise share your support messages outside service providers needed to handle them, legally required responses or cases you authorize. Support messages are retained only as needed to resolve requests and maintain necessary records. You can ask about retention or request deletion. Providers handle information they hold under their own terms and policies.
Clearing data and making requests
Use your browser’s site-data settings to clear data for play.bylazytw.com, including local player and language settings. Clearing may be irreversible and does not delete support emails already sent.
For access, correction or deletion requests concerning information you provided to us, email bylazycatstudio@gmail.com. We may reasonably verify the requester’s identity. If records must be retained by law, we will explain as appropriate.
Payments, external sites and updates
This policy does not mean that live Pro transactions are currently available. If accounts, Stripe, Apple in-app purchases, RevenueCat, advertising or analytics are introduced, we will update this policy and related information for the actual data flows. External websites have their own privacy policies.
The date above changes when this page is updated. Both language versions describe the same service. Contact us if you have questions about the wording or our practices.
